Amazing place despite of tons of tourists. And probably the nicest waterfalls I've ever seen. Climb to the very top and take a quick bamboo boat for 10.000 p.p. to the spring. So peaceful..
A must-visit place in Luang Prabang. Usual tour from 11:30- 4pm, or 1:30 - 6pm. About 1 hour travel time from Luang Prabang. The food there are slightly pricey compare to the one in Town.
Catch a shared van or tuk2 at 40k or 50k kip from town and journey takes 1 hour. Departure time is 1130am and spend about 4 hour at waterfalls. Climb up for secret pool and go for a dip. Nice view too
These are breathtaking waterfalls with beautiful coloured waters. You can walk as far up as you want to but even the top most layer is only a 10 - 15 minute walk of fairly easy climbing.
The most picturesque waterfall I've seen in Laos. You can also swim in a few ponds along the way. Carpe Diem restaurant by the entrance is a must visit for lunch!
A must-visit in Luang Prabang. Get a group together and negotiate with tuk-tuk drivers. You can get a rate of between 25-30,000 kip a person. Entry to the falls costs 20,000 kip. Be sure to hike up!
