The sight of Philadelphia’s ‘The Thinker’ at the front of The Rodin Museum’s columned entryway is a replica of Rodin’s burial site in Meudon, France. Compare the two sites to see the resemblance.
Be sure to stop and rest at the front garden’s reflecting pool and the tapestry of Japanese Ilex, shrubs and colorful flowers, some dating back to the 1920s.
Inspiring artist well worth checking out if you haven't visited this museum. I would stop by every day and study the sculptures outside on my way to school. Rodin is an amazing artist:)
